The Water Babies Story
Water Babies were born during simpler, safer times in the imagination of three little girls. My sisters would fashion handmade baby dolls out of warm water balloons with help from Mom. These tiny bundles felt so real that the girls spent hours pretending to be mommy.
Years later, inspired by this memory, I left a career in banking to pursue a dream...to deliver the most realistic baby dolls ever.
Overcoming rejection and obstacles, I introduced the Water Babies dolls in 1990. Since then, Water Babies have become classic loving companions for millions of children around the world.
My three daughters love Water Babies and have created their own special memories. From my family to yours, I hope Water Babies becomes a nurturing, loving friend and a safe place for play and discovery.
